Thanks for all your help with the window treatments, they look great! Thought I would send a picture of the room to show how the blinds look. We got some of our furniture today and the blinds look great with the furniture choice. We have one question…..we are getting a lot of sunshine in the transom part of the window and even though they are energy efficient, etc. are concerned about the sun on the fabric. Do you do any “filming” of windows to help block the uv rays? Thanks again, for all your help. We’ll wait for a reply on the question.

I needed to take a moment to share the amazing response and customer service Scott and his staff provided for us. There was an issue regarding our Anderson windows and the installation of the blinds from Blinds Etc. Not only did Scott and his staff respond immediately, but they also assumed complete financial responsibility for the situation and, in addition, came to our home to review the situation and to learn about the matter that had caused the problem! There are case studies regarding customer service, e.g. Ritz Carlton, Nordstrom, that reveal unreal service to their customers. Scott and his staff accepted complete responsibility for the situation and made everything whole again for us and exceeded every expectation we had. I really cannot describe how, in this day and age, good we felt about the amazing service Blinds Etc. provided for us. What else can be said?

Blinds, Etc. wasn’t the least expensive but your professionalism sold us hands down. Your knowledge of the product, and ability to give us “Exactly” what we were looking for was far better than any of the other blind companies we had called to our home.
